Pools Plus of Illinois, LLC, is a family owned business since 1974, building and servicing pools for Illinois and Wisconsin. We specialize in concrete in-ground pools. Pools Plus also has many service programs which can be customized to meet your specific needs. We will maintain your pool, keep pool water in optimum condition, and prevent algae- using all the latest products. We provide everything you need to make your pool a simple pleasure!

Pool Opening Plans
Plan #1. No Cover, Drain and Clean
Pump out water and debris. Wash pool walls and floor. Clean and install all portable pool accessories. Water wash pool deck. Reassemble filtration equipment. Clean Filter area. Start filling the pool.Cost: $635.00 Deposit: $300.00.
Plan #2. Pools with a Solid Vinyl Cover
Pump water and debris off cover. Fold and store cover in owners storage area. Clean and install all portable pool accessories. Water wash pool deck. Reassemble filtration equipment. Clean Filter area. Start filling the pool.Cost: $605.00 Deposit: $300.00.
Plan #3. Pools with Mesh Cover, Drain and Clean
Remove, fold and store cover in owners storage area, and perform all services listed in Plan #1.Cost: $630.00 Deposit: $300.00.
Plan #4. Mesh cover with Plastic Liner
Remove, fold and store cover in owners storage area, and perform all services listed in Plan #2.Cost: $620.00 Deposit: $300.00.
Plan #5. Spa attached to pool
For an additional $150.00 we will perform all services in Plan #1 on your Spa.Plan #6. Spa Service only
All services in Plan #1 performed on your spa only.Cost: $330.00
Weekly Service Plans
Pools Plus Weekly Service Plans are the finest available. We use our own proprietary customised cleaning equipment, and all chemicals are included!Pool owner must maintain proper water levels with all services.
Plan #1. Chemical service only
Test for chlorine, alkalinity-acidity, calcium hardness and total alkalinity. Clean all skimmer and pump baskets, Add all necessary chemicals.*IMPORTANT* For Service Plans #1 and #2: Pool owner must add additional chemicals between our weekly visits to properly maintain good water condition. Excessive amounts of chemicals incur additional charges.
Cost: $80.00/week Deposit: $300.00
Plan #2. Chemical and Cleaning service
In addition to a full chemical service as in Plan #1, we will skim the water surface, vacuum the pool, clean tile and skimmers, brush the pool, clean deck equipment and diving board if needed.*IMPORTANT* For Service Plans #1 and #2: Pool owner must add additional chemicals between our weekly visits to properly maintain good water condition. Excessive amounts of chemicals incur additional charges.
Cost: $95.00/week Deposit: $300.00.
Plan #3. Complete Service
All of Plan #1 and #2, plus an additional chemical service performed on a second weekly visit.Cost: $120.00/week Deposit: $300.00
Plan #4. Professional Service
All of Plan #1 and #2 performed twice weekly. The Professional Service Plan is designed for the most fastidious host who wants the pool ready at any hour.Cost: $135.00/week Deposit: $300.00
